We do not require an account, and we do not collect names, payment details (the Service is free) or advertising identifiers.
The neural network that measures apparent age, expression and facial symmetry runs entirely inside your browser using face-api.js. Your photo is analysed on your device; only the resulting numeric measurements and the photo itself (for display on your report) are sent to us.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and we do not use your photo to train AI models.
We use a single first-party session cookie so your browser can reach its own report. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Reports and photos are kept so you can revisit your results. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@bioancestra.com; we will remove your analysis records and photo without undue delay.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including transport encryption and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid submitting information you consider highly sensitive beyond what the form asks for.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@bioancestra.com.
The Service is not directed at children under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
